Frequently asked questions
What is your minimum order?
100 units per SKU. Mixed orders across SKUs are fine, and you can combine sizes (for example 100 × 60-count and 100 × 30-count of the same gummy).
Is there a fee for using my own label?
No. Label change is free at any quantity, including the 100-unit minimum. You pay the same unit price whether the bottle carries our label or yours.
Are you FDA approved?
The FDA does not approve dietary supplements or facilities. Our facility is FDA-registered and operates under cGMP (21 CFR Part 111), which is what the US market requires. The registration number is shared with customers on request and is included in the document pack for platform listing reviews.
Can I get a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes. Every batch ships with a COA covering potency, heavy metals and microbial limits. US third-party lab testing (for TikTok Shop or Amazon reviews) can be arranged per SKU at cost.
Do you ship to the US, UK, EU, Australia and Japan?
Yes. We file FDA Prior Notice for US shipments, and we flag EU Novel Food restrictions (for example shilajit and mushroom mycelium) before you order for European markets.
Can you dropship single orders to my customers?
Not from China — it is not practical or compliant for supplements. We ship bulk to your US or EU warehouse or 3PL. On-demand fulfillment from a US warehouse is on our roadmap.
How fast can I launch?
Stock formula with your label: sample in 7 days, bulk in 30 days after approval, plus shipping. Most brands are on the market within 8 weeks of the first email.
